RESERVATION POLICY- The Fine Print

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in normally begins at 3:00 PM. Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please contact us if you wish to arrange an early check-in or late check-out.
You can guarantee your reservation by providing a credit card number as part of the on-line registration process. No charge will be applied to your card account at that time. If you prefer to provide a cash guarantee, please mail a check equal to one night’s stay or 50% of the total charges for your planned stay, whichever is greater.
Reservations can be pre-paid via this web site using MasterCard, Visa, or elecotronic check (see Availability & Reservations) or paid at check-out. If you choose to pay at check-out, please bring your card (or other payment) to the restaurant cash register before departing. We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash or personal check.
We will cancel your individual room or cabin reservation without penalty if you notify us at least three days prior to your scheduled arrival. To cancel a reservation, call us a (541) 890-6435 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive a cancellation notice within 12 hours of contacting us, call or email again. Your reservation is not legally cancelled until you receive a confirmation email. If you have scheduled a special event (such as a wedding), you must cancel within 60 days of your arrival date. After 60 days in advance of the event, your deposit is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for shortened stays.
We do not offer refunds due to weather. Keep in mind that we are often well above the snow line during winter months. If you are uncertain about road conditions, contact us before you drive up the mountain. We will assist you with transportation if the need arises.
We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice if the cabin you have selected must be taken out of service or becomes unavailable for any other reason. In the event that comparable accommodations are not available, you will have the option of selecting another available cabin at its published rate or receiving a complete refund.
Cleaning and damage policy:
We will ask you to provide a valid credit card number in lieu of a security deposit.
Before you depart, please notify us of any damage or spill that might have occurred during your stay.
The cost of normal cleaning is included in our published rental rates. For extraordinary messes, such as spills in the refrigerator, stove or microwave oven; food left behind and spoiled; or soaps added to the hot tub, we will charge a $50 cleaning fee.
Your cabin will be inspected after your departure. If any we find unreported damage to walls, floors, furniture, linens, fixtures, appliances, etc., we will notify you immediately. We will provide receipts for repair or replacement of damaged items and charge your credit card for these costs.
If you are concerned about the possibility of a late cancellation or property damage during your stay, we urge you to consider trip or vacation insurance. We do not endorse any particular insurance carrier for this purpose but you will find information about many plans on the internet.
